Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a shoot cost?
Photo-only packages starts at $999. Video packages start at $1,499. Each shoot is custom-quoted based on crew size, travel, edits, unique requirements, and deliverables.
How long does it take?
Plan 1-2 weeks for prep (brief, shot list, schedule). Most shoots are ½-1 day on site. Edits deliver in 7-14 days depending on the package. Tight timelines are possible with fast approvals.
When should I book?
Book early. We schedule first come, first served. The sooner you book, the more date options you get and the faster we can turn edits around. We fill up quickly, especially in busy seasons. If your timeline is fixed, reserve your spot as soon as you can.
What do you need from us?
One point of contact, site access, safety notes/requirements, and the people we should film. Your logo and brand basics. A short priority list of shots. We handle the rest!
How do you work on site?
Small crew, low disruption. Pro lighting and sound. Drone available when safe and legal. We follow site rules, carry insurance, and come prepared with backup gear, equipment, and necessary licenses/approvals.
